Shout out to Coach Jeff Prince for his leadership and dedication in coaching these students to their state titles!
CPSD is proud to recognize counselor Ms. Sarah Franklin from Carl Stuart Middle School, who was recently honored as the Mental Health Champion for school counselors by Arisa Health. Each year, during National School Counselor Week, Arisa Health invites schools across our six-county Central Region—stretching from Little Rock to Clarksville—to nominate a counselor who goes above and beyond to support students both academically and emotionally.
CPSD is proud to announce that all of our National Merit Semi-Finalists are now your 2025 National Merit Finalists! This distinction places them among the top academic students in the nation, recognizing their outstanding PSAT scores, academic achievements, leadership, and dedication.
We would also like to thank the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce for their support of Conway Public School and specifically for supporting the National Merit Program. They are donating $10,000 towards fostering and developing this opportunity for students.
The Office for Education Policy (OEP) at the University of Arkansas has recognized our district as one where students demonstrated high growth and beating the odds on the ATLAS exam. Growth is the best indicator of the positive impact that our schools are having on students.
