Five Year Strategic Plan (Act 425)
Dr. Jeff Standridge

Dr. Jeff Standridge presented the Long Range Strategic Plan for the Conway Public School District for 2026-2031, seeking Board approval. The Conway School Board has officially adopted this five-year strategic plan.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone in the district and community who contributed feedback, which was invaluable in shaping this plan. A special thank you goes to Dr. Standridge for his leadership and vision, as well as to the CPSD Strategic Plan Steering Committee for their dedication and hard work in this important initiative aimed at enhancing our district.

We also appreciate the active support of the Conway School Board members throughout this process.
